Ex-Reserves Manager Alex Rigby has returned to the Sirens as the strength and conditioning lead for the seniors.

He will also work as an outfield coach for the First Team.

Rigby left the club after the 2022/23 season, in which his Reserves side finished as quarter-finalists in the FAWNL Reserves Cup.

In his period away, Rigby has advanced his experience as a coach with the British Army Women’s team.

“It’s a pleasure to come back to the club, especially to work under Smithy,” Rigby said. “After a period of uncertainty and turbulence, there is a success story brewing and I am proud to be part of it.”
