JOIN OUR DEDICATED CLUB STAFF AND COMMITTEE

We have a range of roles available across the club, sign-ups are now open!

In preparation for the 2024/25 season, Southampton Women's FC are expanding their team of Club staff and Committee members.

There are many roles available across the club, both in the dugout and behind the scenes.

We welcome all who would be interested in supporting the Sirens, no experience necessarily needed!

First Team Coaches - Work with our First Team Manager and Assistant Manager to support the running of training sessions and match-days.

Reserve Team Coaches - Work with our Reserves Manager to support the running of training and match-days, with the opportunity to support First Team coaches also.

Senior Goalkeeper Coach - Work with the Senior GK Union in training and on match-days, supporting their development on and off the field.

Head of Youth - Work with our dedicated Youth coaches and Club Secretary to oversee the running of our talented youth set-up.

Youth Coaches - Join our dedicated team of Young Sirens staff, supporting the development of our club pathway.

Treasurer - Oversee the club's finances, and work with our coaching staff and Commercial Manager to ensure fees are paid, and to manage club budgeting across the season.

Media Team - Work with the Club Head of Media in a variety of roles to support the running of weekly media output.

Commercial Manager - Oversee player, staff and club sponsorship by liaising with sponsors, players and our Treasurer.

Match-day Operations Coordinator - Oversee the running of match-day operations, such as liaising with ground and facilities staff, and greeting officials and opposition. You may also have the responsibility to assist with the running of the gate/turnstiles, and encourage the distribution of the match-day programme.
