"Gav joined the club at the beginning of the season after I approached him personally about the role. Although we had advertised for a manager, I had heard a lot of positive things about him and felt he was the right person to take on his first role at first team level. Thankfully, Gav accepted the challenge, and the rest is history.

“This season has been a positive step forward for the club, and we are now in a position where we can begin pushing back towards the National League, which is where I believe this club belongs.

“As we begin the process of searching for a new manager, I would first like to place on record my sincere thanks to Gav for his dedication, hard work, and commitment throughout his time with us. Managing at this level is an incredibly demanding role, and Gav has represented the club superbly.
