Southampton Women's FC welcome Southern Region Premier Division side Winchester City Flyers to Totton & Eling's Miller Park in the Hampshire Women's Senior Cup.

The Quarter-Final stage is where the team has been knocked out at the last two times they have featured both times to Moneyfields but it's new opposition for the team.

Winchester have had a difficult start to the campaign as they sit bottom of the Southern Region with just three points coming in 2-0 win over Eastleigh in the Community.

Georgia Allen and Lia Francis were on target for the Flyers to pick up their first points of the season.

City reached the quarters thanks to a 2-0 win over AFC Stoneham, Charlie Snelling and Gracie Hodan were on target that day.

Bad luck has struck Winchester in recent weeks as their senior goalkeepers including former Siren Emily Paines have picked up injuries resulting in an emergency loan.

Portsmouth's Development keeper Georgia Jenkins joined the Flyers to get them through until their regular shot-stoppers are back.

For Southampton, they received a bye into the Quarter-Finals the same as the rest of the Tier 3 and 4 sides in Hampshire.

The Sirens come into the game off the back of the 2-1 extra-time win over Ebbsfleet United.

Aaron Smith's side was bolstered last week with the returns of Hope Suominen and Britt Jeal in the squad.

There was an even bigger boost to the squad as Southampton unveiled the signing of prolific goalscorer Shannon Albuery who will be ready to feature for the Reds in the Hampshire Cup.

The last time the two sides met was in the Women's FA Cup where the Sirens ran out 7-0 winners.

Laura Vokes and Kirsty Whitton played for the Reds in the impressive win while form club captain Kirsty Bell now represents Winchester.
