Jade is already familiar with the club, having previously represented Southampton Women’s FC during the 2020/21 campaign. She now returns with greater experience and a renewed determination to make an impact in red.

The midfielder began her senior football journey with AFC Bournemouth during the 2019/20 season before joining the Sirens the following year. After her first spell with Southampton, Jade went on to represent New Milton Town during the 2021/22 campaign.
She then made the move to Portsmouth for the 2022/23 season before stepping up to Tier 4 with Maidenhead United in 2023/24. Her time with Maidenhead gave her further experience at a higher level of the women’s football pyramid and another opportunity to develop her game.

Jade’s footballing journey has also taken her overseas. Earlier this year, she spent six months in Egypt training with Arab Contractors, experiencing a different footballing environment and approach to the game.

After spending a period away from the pitch through injury, Jade is now ready to return to competitive football and begin a new chapter with the Sirens.

Speaking about her return to Southampton Women’s FC, Jade said:

“I’m delighted to be joining the club and really looking forward to the season ahead. After being out for a while with injury, I’m excited to finally get back on the pitch, competing and doing what I love. I’m looking forward to getting to know the girls, being part of a strong group and working hard under a great coaching staff. I’m ready to get started and give everything for the team this season.”

First-Team Manager Aaron Smith knows Jade well from her previous time at the club and is excited to welcome a technically gifted midfielder back into his squad.

“Having worked with Jade previously at the club, I already know how technically gifted she is and the qualities she can bring to the team. This time, she has come back with a completely different mentality and a real hunger for the game, which I absolutely love."

Jade adds further technical ability and valuable experience to the Sirens’ midfield as the squad continues to build for the campaign ahead.
