Three new coaches join the ranks and a physiotherapist for the senior teams.
Aaron Smith has brought in new personnel to bolster his backroom staff ahead of the new season.
Jamie Robinson and Matt Graves are two new first team coaches with Rachel Horton coming in as Strength and Conditioning coach for the senior teams while Sam Williams is the club’s new physio.
Robinson is a familiar face at Southampton Women’s who worked under former manager Fran Alonso back in 2016.
Local to the area Robinson brings in eight years of coaching experience that started at Salisbury FC in 2013 before moving on to the Matt Le Tissier Academy both roles working as a goalkeeping coach.
Robinson has also worked with AFC Totton coaching their under-18s and was a Head Coach at Eastleigh FC Academy.
Also joining the coaching team fresh from three successful years at Crawley Wasps is Graves.
Graves was part of the first team coaching set up during a successful period for the Sussex based club who won two league titles, the Sussex County Cup and were National League Cup finalists.
Horton is the third member of the team who comes from a water based background with a Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Masters in Sports Performance.
She has worked with the British Sailing Team as a Fitness Tester and is currently a regional Windsurfing coach which includes providing the team with sport science support.
The final appointment brings Williams into the fray to work with keeping players on the pitch.
Williams works professionally as a Sports Massage Therapist and has completed the Level 5 in Soft Tissue Therapy at the London School of Sports Massage.
All four have begun working with the club during the lockdown.
