Southampton Women's FC travel to Torquay United looking for their first win of 2024 in a big six-pointer at the bottom of the table.

The two sides meet for the first time in their history, both searching for important points in the battle for safety.

Torquay are second from the bottom a point adrift from the Sirens who have played three games less than the southern Devonish side.

The Gulls won promotion from the South West Regional Premier Division last season to break into the FA Women's National League for the first time ever.

Tracey Cross is the top goalscorer for Torquay with five goals in all competitions and has just been named the new joint manager of Torquay alongside Jake Ellis.

Jamie Lloyd Davies' side have Britt Jeal and Meg Wood both sit on five goals each however, the former has been sidelined since picking up an injury in the heavy defeat to Exeter City last month.

The former Swindon manager could look to the Reserves side to bolster his side after they booked their place in the FA Women's National League Reserve Plate semi-finals.
